Purchasing Firearms Online
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL before purchase. All firearm transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check at the receiving FFL. If a transfer is denied or cannot be completed, we will refund the firearm purchase price, less any non-refundable special-order or transfer fees, subject to the Returns section below.
NFA Items (Suppressors, SBRs, and Other Title II Firearms)
NFA items require ATF approval (typically via Form 4) before transfer, which can take several months and is not guaranteed. The buyer must remain legally eligible to possess the item for the entire duration of the application process. If an application is disapproved by the ATF, we will refund the item’s purchase price; any third-party transfer or dealer fees are not refundable. All NFA item sales are otherwise final.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of delivery. Approved returns on eligible items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Sales on the following items are final, with no returns or exchanges:
- Special orders.
- Products sold “as is” or “used,” or that have been installed or fired/used after receipt.
- NFA items (see above).
- Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.
Used Firearms
Used firearms are sold “as is,” with no warranty of any kind, and may not be returned. All sales are final. Descriptions and photos (where available) are provided by the seller; we encourage in-person inspection before purchase whenever possible.
General Firearm Sales
All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted items are sold and shipped in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Many products on this site may be restricted or prohibited in your area — please confirm your local and state regulations before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse any sale to a buyer we reasonably believe is legally ineligible to receive the product or is purchasing on behalf of an ineligible third party (a “straw purchase”).
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age to buy rifles or shotguns, and at least 21 years of age to buy handguns, as required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922). Age requirements may be higher in your state or locality — please verify your local laws before ordering.
All new firearms ship in the original manufacturer’s box with included magazine(s), accessories, and applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Firearms requiring warranty service must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase. Accessories and special-order items not normally stocked by our store are not covered under our warranty, even if sold as part of a package, unless guaranteed in writing — contact the original manufacturer for warranty support on those items.
Secure Transmission
All information collected during checkout is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A TLS/SSL certificate creates an encrypted connection between this site and your browser, keeping data passed between them private and secure.
Order Fulfillment
Orders ship from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking is available for UPS and FedEx shipments. Fulfillment times are estimates and may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, including distributor backorders, carrier delays, or supply shortages (see Force Majeure in our Terms & Conditions).
Online Price & Description Errors
Online inventory changes daily. Occasionally an item may appear by mistake, or its description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, photos, or prices on this site are error-free, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order affected by such an error. If we cancel an order, we will not charge your card, or we will issue a full refund.
Ammunition Purchases
You must be at least 18 to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition, and at least 21 to purchase handgun ammunition, or older where required by more restrictive state or local law. All ammunition sales are final and ship ground with adult signature required. We do not ship ammunition to jurisdictions where such shipment is restricted or prohibited. Always confirm you are using the correct ammunition for your specific firearm, and check your local laws for any additional restrictions.
